Yoga Classes

Classical yoga for body, mind, and spirit

Classical Yoga Practice

Our yoga classes focus on the classical tradition of Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga, emphasizing the union of body, mind, and spirit. Unlike modern fitness-focused yoga, our approach integrates physical postures with breathing exercises, concentration, and meditation to support overall spiritual development.

Classes are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. We provide individual guidance to ensure proper form and safety while helping each student deepen their practice.

The Four Paths of Yoga

In the Vedantic tradition, yoga is understood as a comprehensive spiritual path with four main approaches, each suited to different temperaments:

Jnana Yoga

Path of Knowledge

For those with an analytical mind, seeking truth through discrimination and understanding.

Bhakti Yoga

Path of Devotion

For those with emotional temperament, approaching the divine through love and devotion.

Karma Yoga

Path of Action

For those with an active nature, finding spiritual growth through selfless service.

Raja Yoga

Path of Meditation

For those seeking direct experience, achieving union through meditation and mental control.
